I signed up for the same reason. No, not to follow Lost, but to follow my friend who was going to Comic Con as well. He didn't tweet much though. Yet, I am tweeting more. It's kind of stupid. I like blogging better, but it is cool to follow some more famous people and see what they're up to.

As far as followers, you get the random net porn stuff which is annoying. I wonder how they find you.
